Welcome to KIDZKART. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website www.kidzkart.in and the purchase of products listed on it. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

1. About KIDZKART
KIDZKART is an e-commerce platform based in India engaged in the sale of toys and children’s related products. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a purchase on KIDZKART.
Minors may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for any transactions made.

3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and all activities under your account.
KIDZKART reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Products and Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, colors, packaging, and minor specifications may vary from the images shown.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
KIDZKART reserves the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error affects a confirmed order, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

5. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email or SMS from KIDZKART.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. Any amount paid will be refunded where applicable.

6. Payments
Payments may be made through supported payment methods or third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayU, or other RBI-authorized providers.
By making a payment, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
KIDZKART is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by the payment gateway, bank, or network provider.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Order cancellation is permitted prior to dispatch, as specified in our Returns Policy.
Returns or replacements are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery, subject to verification.
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with tags intact, except where defective.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Personalized and non-returnable items may not be eligible for return.

8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our separate Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Product Safety and Usage
Products sold on KIDZKART comply with applicable Indian safety standards, including BIS certification where required.
Customers should follow all age recommendations and safety warnings printed on the product packaging.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of products, especially those containing small parts unsuitable for children under 3 years of age.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including logos, text, graphics, images, and designs, is the property of KIDZKART or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes, upload harmful software, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, or post false, misleading, or defamatory content.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIDZKART shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or products purchased, except as required under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KIDZKART harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

KIDZKART reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
