Shipping and Delivery Policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on KIDZKART through our Website www.kidzkart.in. Currently, we ship only within India (domestic shipping).
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes within India.
Serviceability is determined automatically at checkout based on the pin code entered. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified before order confirmation.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7 business days of order confirmation and successful payment.
Orders placed on National or Public Holidays, or after 8:00 PM on working days, will be processed on the next business day.
During sale periods or festive seasons, processing times may be extended. Any such delays will be communicated on the Website.
3. Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.
Non-Metro / Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days.
Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather, logistics disruptions, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the order value, package weight, and delivery location.
Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders as displayed on the Website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS with the courier details and tracking number or link.
You can also track your order by logging into your KIDZKART account.
6. Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and courier logistics.
7. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries
Courier partners will make one or two delivery attempts. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal may result in re-shipping charges.
8. Damaged or Tampered Shipments
Inspect your package upon delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, record an unboxing video and report the issue within 48 hours along with photo or video evidence.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
KIDZKART is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, courier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.
10. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but returns may be available under our Returns Policy.
